01 Acceptance of these terms
This website at vybesforge.com (the "site") is operated by VybesForge ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site, downloading anything from it, or playing on a game server we operate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the fix is simply not to use the site.
02 What this site is
VybesForge is a personal workshop and directory. It collects the small brands, 3D-printed parts, game servers, track files and hardware experiments built in the open by one person, and points visitors to where each one actually lives.
Several things linked from here run on their own domains or on third-party platforms. Those destinations are covered by their own terms, not these ones. This site is a signpost, not a shopfront for them.
03 Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to, quote from, and crawl this site. Search engines and automated indexers are explicitly welcome — the site is static and cheap to serve. What we ask in return:
- Don't attack the infrastructure. No flooding, no vulnerability probing against services you have no permission to test, no attempts to bypass access controls, and no deliberate load that degrades the site for other visitors.
- Don't misrepresent who you are or where content came from. If you republish something, credit it and link back.
- Don't use the site or anything downloaded from it to break the law, or to build something that could hurt someone.
Automated access that respects a reasonable rate is fine. If your crawler needs special handling, get in touch first rather than making us guess.
04 Content and ownership
The VybesForge name and logo, the design of this site, its written copy and its photographs belong to VybesForge. You may not reuse the brand marks, or present our photos or copy as your own, without permission.
Some things published here are deliberately free — most notably 3D print files and game assets. Where a file, model or repository carries an open licence (for example a Creative Commons or an open-source licence stated on its listing or repository), that licence governs your use of it, and these terms do not take any of those rights away. Where no licence is stated, assume all rights are reserved and ask before redistributing.
If you believe something published here infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will look at it promptly and remove material where that is warranted.
05 Prints, downloads and hardware
Print and install at your own risk. Files offered here are shared because they worked for us, not because they are certified for your machine, your vehicle or your safety. 3D-printed parts are not engineered automotive components: material choice, print orientation, fitment, installation torque and fatigue all vary, and we cannot verify how you produced or installed a part.
You are responsible for deciding whether a part or file is appropriate for your use, for installing it correctly, and for any consequence of doing so — including damage to property or injury. Where a design is intended for a road vehicle, it is your responsibility to make sure the result is legal and safe where you drive. Never use a printed part to replace a safety-critical component.
Downloads are provided as-is, with no guarantee of correctness, completeness, compatibility or freedom from defects, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
06 Game servers
We run Assetto Corsa servers for the community, out of pocket. They are a hobby, not a paid service:
- Uptime is not guaranteed. Servers may go down, restart, change content, or be retired without notice.
- Play fair. No cheating, exploiting, griefing, or deliberately ruining sessions for other drivers. Access can be revoked at any time, for any reason.
- Server sessions are not private and are not a place to share personal information you would not want seen.
- Your game, your client, its mods and your account on any platform remain your responsibility.
07 Third-party links and payments
This site links to external services — including GitHub, MakerWorld, Ko-fi, Stripe and other sites in the roster. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or how they handle your data. Each of them applies its own terms and privacy policy when you use it.
Any support, tip or purchase you make through a link on this site is a transaction with that platform under its terms. Refunds, disputes and payment questions go through the platform that processed the payment.
08 No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any file, instruction or specification published here is accurate for your situation.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VybesForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, property, profits or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the site, any file downloaded from it, or any server we operate — even if we have been told such damage is possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you have paid us to use it, which is normally zero.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
10 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The current version is always published at this URL, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at VybesForge's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
