What is this

vybesforge is a workshop for experiments that mix AI with the physical and the tedious — reverse-engineering a device nobody documented, teaching an agent to drive it safely, automating a chore that should not need a human.

Everything gets published. Code goes on GitHub, notes land when they are worth reading, and nothing here phones home.
